On 11 Feb. 2013 his Hon. Judge Patrick Curran QC granted us permission for a judicial review of Herefordshire Council’s decision to permit Bolsterstone to vary the conditions relating to their planning permission for Reeves Hill Wind Farm. The variation of conditions was to allow them to alter the site entrances from oblique to right angles (see post of 18 Dec. 2012 below).
In granting this permission, Judge Curran linked this case to our application for a judicial review of the Council’s decision to grant planning permission to Reeves Hill Wind Farm. Our application for a JR of the wind farm decision will be decided at an oral hearing scheduled for some time after 11 March 2013.
