On 22.10.12, Herefordshire Council Planning Officers, under delegated powers, approved the Developer’s application to vary the conditions attached to the planning permission for Reeves Hill Wind Farm. The DECISION NOTICE clearly stated that the site entrances had to be built at 45 degrees to the road, as in the originally consented plan, AND at 90 degrees to the road, as in the newly submitted plans.

The final new plans mentioned in the decision were the fourth version to go up on the Herefordshire website since the consultation on the application opened: they were put up after the consultation had closed! They do not even show the England-Wales border.
